Harvey has raised a new $550 million funding round that values the legal AI startup at $15.5 billion. The round was co-led by Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners, following a $200 million round at an $11 billion valuation in March and an $8 billion valuation in December. TechCrunch reports that Harvey has now raised more than $1.55 billion in total and has nearly doubled its valuation in about nine months. The company also recently introduced its in-house Harvey Tenet model and is pushing customers toward adopting and post-training open-weight legal AI models.
