Apple introduced a redesigned Health app alongside new Apple Watch models, adding AI-powered summaries, guidance, and new health scoring tools. The app will calculate a user's Health Age by comparing health metrics such as VO2 max, sleep, and blood biomarkers with their chronological age. It also adds a readiness score and a longevity tab that evaluates sleep, movement, heart health, and other factors using data from Apple devices and lab results. Apple said the updated app will begin rolling out later this year in U.S. English.
