Neo-Nazis head to encrypted SimpleX Chat app, bail on Telegram

Dozens of neo-Nazi groups are fleeing Telegram and moving to a relatively unknown secret chat app that has received funding from Twitter founder Jack Dorsey. The app, SimpleX Chat, is designed to be fully encrypted and does not require users to enter a phone number or email to register for an account. This makes it extremely difficult for law enforcement to track down users.
