Trump is waging war on people with disabilities, says Scientific American opinion columnist Megha Satyanarayana. He is cutting funding for the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Education, all of which serve people with disabilities. He is also removing guidance documents that help businesses better serve people with disabilities.
