Anker has unveiled its custom silicon, the Thus chip, designed to bring local AI to audio devices, mobile accessories, and IoT devices. The Thus processor, a compute-in-memory AI audio chip, is smaller and more energy-efficient than traditional chips, allowing it to handle complex computations. This technology will debut in Soundcore's upcoming flagship earbuds, with the Liberty 5 Pro Max and Liberty 5 Pro expected to be the first to feature the chip. Anker plans to release full product details and AI-powered features at Anker Day on May 21.
