Founder Noah Shinn said the feature is meant to let the agent autonomously handle steps like sign-ups, confirmations, support requests, and follow-ups. Users can also forward messages or add Instinct to email threads so it can process order details, summarize discussions, and determine outstanding decisions. The update builds on recent Instinct partnerships with 1Password for logins and Stripe for payments, along with location-sharing features that expand the assistant’s ability to complete real-world tasks.
