Apple has unveiled the Apple Watch Ultra 4, a rugged smartwatch that keeps the prior design but upgrades to the new S11 processor. The watch adds improved ECG and heart-rate sensing, a new Readiness score based on activity, health, and sleep, and longer battery life than the previous model. Apple is also introducing Siri-linked Audio Intelligence features including sound recognition for important alerts, conversation rewind, and AI-generated recaps processed on-device for privacy. The Ultra 4 starts at $799, is up for preorder now, and reaches stores on September 18th in more than 50 countries.
