Brazil has blocked access to Twitter and is fining anyone caught using a VPN to access the platform. The country's Supreme Court ordered internet service providers to block Twitter after the platform refused to comply with a court order to block certain accounts. The court also ordered Starlink, the satellite internet service owned by Elon Musk, to block access to Twitter. Starlink has refused to comply with the order, and the Brazilian government is considering revoking its license.
