The Expedition 73 crew spent the week conducting scientific research, including studying Earthshine, muscle stimulation, and blood flow in microgravity, while also maintaining the ISS and preparing for new cargo. NASA astronaut Nichole Ayers captured images of sprites, electrical discharges above thunderstorms. The Axiom Mission-4 crew focused on cancer research, algae studies, acoustic monitoring, radiation level monitoring, and also engaged in outreach activities. The ISS continues to house 11 people as well as multiple docked spacecraft and cargo ships.
