Canon has unveiled the EOS C50, a compact cinema camera with a full-frame sensor capable of 7K 60p internal RAW recording and 32MP photo capture. This feature-rich camera includes dual ISO, various recording formats, and a 3:2 open gate recording feature for lossless format conversion, plus simultaneous crop recording for social media. The C50 offers professional features like dual XLR inputs, a zoom rocker, and Canon's Dual Pixel autofocus with AI subject tracking. It also boasts SD-UHS II and CFexpress slots. The EOS C50 is expected to ship in late Q4 2025 for $3,899, alongside the new RF 85mm F/1.4 L VCM lens and an updated PowerShot Elph 360 HS A.
