Study Identifies Exercise That Could Reduce Knee Pain, Risk Of Osteoarthritis

A new study has found that regular bicycling can help reduce the risk of knee pain and osteoarthritis. The study, which was published in the American College of Sports Medicine's peer-reviewed journal, found that people who biked were 21% less likely to develop arthritis with symptoms of joint pain.
